We made cards and wrote stories about our Mum’s for Mother’s Day. We all really love our Mum’s and are thankful for all the things they help us with. Mrs Scott said one of the best things we can do on Mother’s Day is to be kind and helpful to Mum and to do everything she asks us when she asks. I’m sure we all did that!

Here is an example of our cards and our stories.
We wanted to show all our lovely Mum’s just how special they are and to make them a card for Mother’s Day.
We used an outline of our hand and made some flowers for our hand to hold on to. We chose the colour card and painted our nails a colour that we knew our mum’s would like.
We were very proud of what we had made and very excited about giving them to our Mum’s on Sunday.
For our writing during the week we wrote a story about Mum.
